The Moldova State University’s Faculty of Economic Sciences hosted an enlightening open lecture with groups BA2204, BA2203, and MK220A, at „Centrul de cultură antreprenorială românească „Virgil Madgearu”, featuring 𝑺𝒆𝒓𝒈𝒉𝒆𝒚 𝑻𝒌𝒂𝒄𝒉𝒆𝒏𝒌𝒐, a seasoned tracker and mentor for startup teams and the founder of the business consulting firm 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗲 𝗦𝗥𝗟. 
The session focused on a highly relevant topic for students: “𝑴𝒂𝒏𝒂𝒈𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝒐𝒇 𝑺𝒕𝒂𝒓𝒕𝒖𝒑 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒋𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒔: 𝑲𝒆𝒚 𝑪𝒉𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒆𝒏𝒈𝒆𝒔”, 𝒊𝒏𝒄𝒐𝒓𝒑𝒐𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑪𝒖𝒔𝒕 𝑫𝒆𝒗 𝒎𝒆𝒕𝒉𝒐𝒅𝒐𝒍𝒐𝒈𝒚. It delved into business growth acceleration programs, including startup accelerators and export accelerators. 
The goal? To empower our future leaders to not just navigate but conquer the business landscape. Sergey’s session was a deep dive into market analysis, goal-setting, execution management, team dynamics, and financial forecasting. But the learning didn’t stop there. The floor was then opened for questions, turning the event into an engaging dialogue. Sergey’s enthusiasm and clarity in addressing each query were commendable.
